This year’s All Art Arizona presented exciting work created by both well-known and emerging Arizona artists. Every year we are extremely impressed with the amazing work from our community of local Arizona artists. We are grateful for the endless support we get from this exhibition.

This July session we had a fantastic group of teens eager to dive into the foundation and fundamentals of photography. We are blown away every year with the talent these students display and we hope they continue on with exploring photography.
Another successful opening reception for All Art Arizona! Local artists, friends, families, and art collectors joined us for the night to discuss and admire the diversity in this exhibition. From paintings, photography, sculpture, glass, and mixed media these artists are the representation of talent that comes from all over Arizona.

This one day workshop of photopolymer gravure making was packed full of eager to learn students. This trial-and-error process allowed students to created magnificent and unique prints that captured the eye.
This alternative printmaking process translates photographic detail into ink on paper, allowing for more creative freedom, and resulting in unparalleled beauty.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Light Sensitive artist reception! We enjoyed seeing many familiar faces, as well as many brand new ones sharing their work in our galleries for the first time.

Here’s how Carol Henry made the large hanging cyanotypes in the Spellbinding Light exhibition. Be sure to see the installation to truly appreciate the beauty of these incredible life-size fabric, cyanotype photogram prints.
First the fabric was treated in a darkroom with cyanotype chemistry, and the photogram model and objects were artfully arrange on the fabric,
then after a long exposure in the sunshine on a sunny Carmel day,
the fabric was developed to a stunning cyanotype blue with the garden hose,
and the final fabric lined cyanotype hangs in Spellbinding Light.
