Photography Arts Lab (PAL) Facility Rental
If you cannot make your scheduled sign-up time for the PAL, please notify us in advance by calling 480-361-1118. 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If less than 24-hour notice is given, you will be charged for time reserved. “No shows” are charged for time reserved. Late arrivals or early checkouts are charged for time reserved.
Classes and other events are subject to cancellation due to under-enrollment. If a class or event does not meet the minimum requirement of enrollment, full credit or refund on only the event fee will be issued.
Class or Event Refund Policy
If you need to withdraw from a class or event for any reason, you will be refunded as follows:
- More than two weeks before the class or event starts
- 100% refund less 15% administrative fee
- Less than two weeks before the class or event starts
- 50% refund less 15% administrative fee
- Less than 48-hours before the class or event begins
- no refund
The refund will be calculated and refunded to you within 15 business days of approval.
There are no refunds after you have paid for:
- Artist talks
- Artist dinners
Art Intersection accepts cash in USD, most credit cards, PayPal, and personal checks as payments for purchases. If for any reason your check or charge does not clear for payment, an additional fee of $25 will be charged.
