Tintype Lecture with David Emitt Adams
Originally invented in the 1850s, this early photographic process involves pouring a collodion emulsion over a plate and exposing the sensitized plate before the coating dries. David Emitt Adams will give a lecture on this process, including how he implements it in his own art practice, on Thursday, November 12. This lecture is free and open to the public.
After attending the lecture, join us for our tintype workshop and open studio with Adams Saturday and Sunday, November 14 and 15!
