On Tuesday evenings during the exhibit\, September 18 – October 27\, Northlight Gallery will collaborate with the community by expanding the perspective with speakers from local restaurants\, businesses and farms who will talk about their roles and views\, as well as with a film series featuring documentaries about food issues.  Sustenance is part of the Institute for Humanities Research\, Food Initiative.
