Create and Refine Your Photographic Book with Keron Psillas

Study with Keron Psillas, multiple award-winning photographer, author and designer, to create and refine a book that tells the story you want to tell. Whether you want to create a travel journal, fine art photography book or photo journal of your summer vacation…Keron will guide you through design with Blurb Bookwright software, type/font considerations, pagination, sequencing, and all the other facets that create a great book.

Studying what makes a great book, how the mechanics work and delving deeply into design, you will decide how you want your book to look with a whole new world of possibilities to consider. With one-on-one time with Keron, you’ll hone your vision and she will offer insights to create enthusiasm as well as a deeper understanding of your own voice.

This is a very participatory class. As the class size is small there is free flowing discussion, immediate feedback, and great camaraderie.

*Class consists of 8 group sessions of 1.5 hours with extensive class participation and Q&A period.
*2 additional one-on-one sessions (each approximately 1 hour) with every student to solve any challenges in editing or layout
*Total of 12 hours of class time, 2 personal sessions, all course materials in PDF form
*Links and a bibliography, sharing with fellow students about favorite books, and extensive Q&A time
