Dennis Collins – Artist Talk

Dennis Collins will talk about his life as a photographer and his favorite printing processes in this artist talk which coincides with “Reflecting On Sixty Years of Photography”. Dennis’ informal conversation will engage the audience in his photographic journey with insights into his creative thinking.  

“What is it that starts us down that Rabbit Hole?

I quit high school at 16 and eventually wound up at AT&T as a staff photographer. After 20 years of doing Annual Report, Advertising, and Editorial work, I decided it was time to learn about the art of photography. With a GED from the military, I was accepted to The Center for Creative Studies, College of Art and Design in Detroit Michigan.
