Art spilling into life and life spilling into art. Who understands this better than the Italians? Imagine 9 days in Northern Tuscany engaged in art making, eating home-cooked food “a tavola,” conversation, and the ritual of breathing deeply. The workshop, limited to 14 participants, is held in and around Bagni di Lucca, a beautiful old spa town, and Vitiana, a charming medieval village in the hills of the Garfagnana region. Each day an art practice is introduced-bookmaking, poetry, photography, performance, writing and yoga —and the message is integration and intersection.
